This week we're discussing the second half of S3 of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" (ep. 6-10) and the reunion. For a season that started out pretty explosively, the second half seemed to fizzle out. After much back & forth between fragments of the #MomTok group, it seemed like they had finally ended in a somewhat good place. But those warm & fuzzy feelings proved short-lived by the time we reached the [very awkwardly-paced??] reunion. Idk if MomTok is gonna survive this, y'all and...I'm not sure how much they even care.

This group always seems to be in a bit of a fragile space but this season finds #MomTok more fractured than we've ever seen them before. Whitney is still on the outs with the group but, thanks to a shockingly inflated ego and unexpected Vanderpump Villa love triangle, Demi has become public enemy #1. As the ladies prepare for press in LA for their season 2 premiere, they must figure out how to coexist, and find the answer to that age old question- "Can MomTok survive this?"

This week we're discussing the true crime documentary, "Unknown Number: The High School Catfish." Lauryn Licari is a sweet girl just trying to navigate her way through the early days of high school, playing sports, and her first serious relationship, when she begins receiving harassing texts from an unfamiliar number. After going quiet for about a year, the texts start back, and are crueler and more frequent than ever. Lauryn, along with her boyfriend, their parents, the school principal, superintendent, and sheriff, try to figure out who is the person behind these texts and, after a few false leads, end up having to reach out to the FBI for help. Finally able to crack the case, the reveal would send shock-waves through their entire tight-knit community.
